AIADMK party led by J. Jayalalitha has won the Tamilnadu assembly elections 2011. All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) party has successfully swept 192 seats out of 234 in the Tamil Nadu Assembly Elections 2011, while the ruling DMK party was leading in just 40 seats.
Now J. Jayalalitha is all set to be the chief minister of the state for the third time. After the exit poll results were out Jayalalithaa said “It is a victory for people and democracy.”
She also mentioned that the AIADMK government top most priority will be to restore law and order and implement poll promises in one-and-a-half years.
