What are your requirements to become a contributor?

Our contributors must have work that is unique, and is written in English. While grammatical errors are expected from time to time, pieces must be natural sounding. You don’t have to have any experience to write for our site, making this a great way to break into the world of freelance writing.

Students currently studying journalism are encouraged to submit to our site.

What is your editorial process?

Stories by our writers are made on hold. Our editors read them over, make changes as necessary, and place them online in our content management system. All posts are physically published by our editors. This is to ensure that only high quality material is entered on the site.

What is your article turn around?

We make every effort to publish an article within 30 minutes of submission. If we have heavy submissions, this time frame could extend to an hour.

What type of stories are you looking for?

We are looking for all types of news! If it’s happening in your area, we want you to submit it to our site. If you have a unique spin on a national story, we want you to submit it to our site.
